Installation and Maintenance
From the beginning RBC Utilities will assign you an Account
Manager to guide you through the installation and start-up phase
of your project.
Based on the final installation plan we
will provide our technician with the appropriate meter configuration
for a proper and accurate installation. We partner with only
licensed, insured, and certified technicians to ensure success.
Our Account Manager will be directly involved, leading the
installation throughout the process. For new construction
we will work directly with your contractor to ensure a quality
installation.
Monthly Billing
RBC
Utilities offer tailored submetering billing options to meet
your property needs. Our utility billing software is designed
specifically for residential and commercial multi-unit billing.
The system allows us to monitor and bill for metered consumption
utilities like Water, Gas, or electric, and non-metered fees
like parking, pet, and trash.
Your tenants will receive accurate and timely statements
every month. During the implementation of your submetering
program our Account Manager will work with you to determine
the correct bill presentment and collection method.
The RBC Utilities Customer Services department is open Monday
through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to address your billing questions.

Meter Maintenance Programs
All products sold by RBC Utilities come with a full manufacture
warranty. RBC Utilities can also provide meter additional maintenance
programs to help maximize your investment.
Warranty and extended Warranties
Property owners will receive manufacturing warranties on all
purchased system. RBC Utilities also provides extended warranty
programs after the initial warranty period expires. These
programs vary depending on the submetering solution implemented.
